Sense
Before a single mark is made, I research everything: the client, their competitors, their industry, and the cultural landscape they exist in. The more clearly I can see the environment I'm designing for, the more precisely I can adapt to it.
Absorb
I go deep into the audience: who they are, how they think, what they respond to, and what they actually need from this design. I don't just collect information, I let it reshape my perspective entirely before forming any direction.
Adapt
This is where I shed my own aesthetic assumptions and design from the audience's point of view. I develop concepts built around what will resonate with the specific person this work is made for, not what looks good in a vacuum, but what communicates with intention.
Shift
I refine, iterate, and pressure-test every decision: the art direction, the hierarchy, the feeling. Until nothing is arbitrary and everything is earning its place. I present work with full rationale because the best feedback happens when both sides understand the thinking.
Evolve
The final design goes out into the world production-ready, documented, and built to last. But delivery is never really the end, it's just the moment the work steps out of the studio and into real life. Designed to grow with the brand, respond to its audience, and continue adapting long after the design closes.
This is where adaptation meets evolution.
