Spider-Man is one of the most relatable superheroes, known for humor, perseverance, and everyday struggles , traits that closely align with British culture. With two of the most recognized Spider-Man actors being British, there was an opportunity to reimagine Spider-Man through a London setting and create a culturally grounded experience.

A distinctly British Spider-Man identity was developed to anchor the brand, introducing a new hero rooted in London and inspired by Arthurian legend. The name “The Great Web” draws from the Web of Life and Destiny , a place where all Spider-heroes connect , reimagined as a London pub where fans gather and share experiences.

A new hero swings into London, but it's not Peter Parker. Meet Billy Braddock, the British Spiderman! His powers aren't from just a spider bite, but are rooted in the mystical forces of The Arthurian Legend. With the spirit of King Arthur guiding him, British Spidey fights for courage, honor, and duty, bringing his legacy of Arthurian chivalry to London.
